Terms and Conditions of Use for the mari2cuci Platform

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mari2cuci online entertainment platform, including all services, games, promotions, and content provided through our website and mobile application.

By completing account registration, making a deposit or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, fully understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our platform.

2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mari2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is legally prohibited under local law.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Providing true, accurate and complete personal information during and after registration.
• Never previously banned or suspended by mari2cuci for a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted one account only. Registering duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Any account suspected of violating this rule will be investigated and subject to suspension and forfeiture of balance.

3Security & Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. mari2cuci recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to customer support immediately.

Mari2cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on mari2cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia:

• DuitNow and FPX (online bank transfer)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and others)

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default, however you may set your own personal limit through account settings.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit as an anti-money laundering measure.

Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests will be credited to your bank account within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing time may be longer if additional verification is required.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

1. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the specified rollover requirements.

6Game Rules & Bet Settlement

All games on mari2cuci are operated in accordance with the standard rules set by their respective game providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, mari2cuci's server records are final.

Several general principles apply to all game types:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a round has begun.
• Any technical failure that occurs during an active round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy — typically the bet will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.
• For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final once confirmed by the system.
• Cancelled or void sports bets will be returned to your account balance.

Mari2cuci is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection interruptions on the player's end during a game session.

7Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Opening more than one account or registering using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes in table games or live casino.
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities with the intent to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make deposits without valid authorisation.

8Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from playing may contact our customer support or use the self-exclusion tool in account settings to restrict their access for a specified period. This option is available from 24 hours up to a permanent duration.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. This is our commitment to responsible gaming.

10General Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Should any dispute arise in connection with the use of this platform, mari2cuci will endeavour to resolve it through fair and transparent discussion.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
